Water's Edge
Spring/Summer Rates:
Weekend and Holiday Rate: $175/night
Weekday(Sun-Thurs) Rate: $150/night
Weekly rate: $1000
Fall/Winter Rates: begin after Labor Day - February
Weekends and Holidays: $125/night
Weekdays(Sun. - Thurs. nights): $100/night
Weekly : $600
Rates are based on up to 4 adults
There is a $10 charge for additonal adults.
Two night stay required. Three night minimum on holidays. Maximum 6 guests.
The Lake House
Spring/Summer Rates(March - Labor Day):
2 night stay: $395/night
3/4 night stay: $375/night
5/6 night stay: $350/night
Weekly rate: $2100
Fall/Winter Rates(begin after Labor Day - February):
Weekends and Holidays: $350/night
Weekdays(Sun. - Thurs.): $300/night
Weekly: $1800
Rates are based on up to 10 guests.
There is a $10 charge for each additional guests.
Two night stay required. Three night minimum for holidays. Maximum 15 guests.
Holidays - three night minimum stay required
Taxes - All rates are subject to the 8% hotel tax.
Deposit and room guarantee on both properties is one night's lodging.
Cancellation Policy-Deposit will be refunded with more than 30 days notice. If notice is less than 30 days, your deposit will be refunded if the cabin is rebooked. All cancellations are subject to $50 Cancellation Fee.
We accept credit cards, checks and cash.
Our properties are smoke free and please, no pets or fireworks.
