FAQs

Question 1

What do I need to rent?

Accepted Answer

A valid driver's license and a credit or debit card for the deposit. For the dump trailer, your towing vehicle must have a 2-5/16" ball hitch and a tow rating of at least 10,000 lbs. We'll confirm everything when you submit your quote request.

Question 2

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment is collected when your rental is confirmed. We'll send you a summary with the total before charging anything.

Question 3

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes — please contact us as soon as you know plans are changing. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to adjust. Call or text (617) 510-8127.

Question 4

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

We're happy to issue refunds for cancellations made 24 hours or more before your rental start time. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Call us as soon as possible: (617) 510-8127.

Question 5

What happens after I submit a quote request?

Accepted Answer

We'll review your request and get back to you the same day — usually within a few hours. We'll confirm availability, answer any questions, and lock in your dates.

Question 6

Do you deliver, or do I pick up?

Accepted Answer

We deliver and pick up all equipment directly to your job site or property. No need to haul anything yourself — we handle the logistics.

Question 7

How far do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We serve parts of MA and NH. Delivery fees vary by distance. Submit a quote request with your location and we'll give you a firm number.

Question 8

What if I need help when the equipment arrives?

Accepted Answer

We walk you through operation on every delivery. If you've never run a mini skid steer before, plan for a short learning curve — most people are comfortable within 20–30 minutes. We're also available by phone if questions come up mid-job.

Question 9

Do I need a license to operate the mini skid steer?

Accepted Answer

No special license is required. We provide a walkthrough on delivery. It's straightforward to operate — most first-timers are comfortable within 20–30 minutes.

Question 10

What if I need the equipment longer than planned?

Accepted Answer

Just let us know and we'll extend your rental if the equipment is available. Weekly rates apply automatically when your rental reaches 7 days.

Question 11

Is there a damage deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a refundable deposit is required at booking. It's returned in full when the equipment comes back in the same condition it left.

Question 12

I'm not sure which piece of equipment I need. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Give us a call and describe your project — we'll point you to the right machine. (617) 510-8127.
